3D model description

Milled from wood or printed in wood look, this board makes the perfect gift for a young couple. Put together, the two boards form the phrase "Dos Mitades Forman Un Todo", that is, "Two halves make a whole". There is room left at both ends to add more pieces to the puzzle should the family grow in the future.

Manufacturing information:

I recommend cutting out the board with a coarse tool from your CNC machine and then using a fine tool to cut out the flower pattern.
The pattern is blackened with a laser. You can use the attached SVG files for this. Alternatively, you can engrave the pattern a little deeper (for example, 0.2 mm), then blacken the entire surface with a laser, and finish by milling down about 0.2 mm from the entire board, leaving only the pattern as blackened.

Aus Holz gefräst oder in Holzoptik gedruckt, stellt dieses Brett das perfekte Geschenk für ein junges Pärchen dar. Zusammengesetzt ergibt sich aus den beiden Brettern der Satz "Dos Mitades Forman Un Todo", also "Zwei Hälften ergeben ein Ganzes". Es bleibt an beiden Enden Platz, um weitere Puzzleteile zu ergänzen, sollte die Familie in Zukunft wachsen.

Herstellungshinweise:

Ich empfehle es, das Brett mit einem groben Werkzeug Ihrer CNC-Maschine auszuschneiden und dann mit einem feinen Werkzeug das Blumenmuster herauszuschneiden.
Das Muster wird mit einem Laser geschwärzt. Hierfür können Sie die beigefügten SVG-Dateien verwenden. Alternativ können Sie das Muster auch etwas tiefer gravieren (zum Beispiel 0,2 mm), dann die gesamte Fläche mit einem Laser schwärzen und zum Schluss etwa 0,2 mm vom gesamten Brett abfrasen, so dass nur das Muster als geschwärzt verbleibt.
