Creality K1 MAX lid extension

• The lid extension for the Creality K1 MAX raises the pane 60 mm further and allows the temperature in the interior to be regulated using adjustable air slots.

• Thanks to the adjustable openings, the housing glass no longer needs to be removed, even when printing PLA. For materials such as ABS/ASA/PETG/NYLON etc., the ventilation slots are closed in order to achieve the highest possible temperature in the build chamber.

▶︎ Due to the greater distance between the extruder and the glass lid, the Bowden tube has more space and the filament is conveyed to the extruder more easily.

▶︎ A total of 8 sliders (two per side) can be moved continuously.

▶︎ The frame is divided into 4 identical segments, which can be joined together using guide lugs.

▶︎ All components can be printed without a support structure.

▶︎ The structurally inserted supports on the slotted hole are carefully removed after printing.

▶︎ The sliders are inserted into the frame segments from above and then the slider knob is screwed in via a thread.

▶︎ A lug in the frame ensures a low preload on the sliders.

▶︎ The housing extension is plugged onto the existing shoulder in the printer frame.

▶︎ All components have a constructive clearance on the functional surfaces to enable perfect assembly and movement.
