1Kg Filament spool parts for Dremel 3D20

In order to use and accommodate larger spools than the Dremel 0.75Kg spool I designed this holder to work with the existing Dremel spool keeper. I have used it with Hatchbox and Overture Filaments successfully. You will need to raise the existing spool mounting bracket to accommodate the larger spools.

I have included this as well. Alternatively you could replace the bracket for a taller one. I have included this bracket as well but have not tested it. The spacer uses less material however, you need longer hardware to accommodate the spacer and the existing spool bracket. I also included a ring to capture the spool on the opposite side, although it does not seem to be required in this case.

One note worth mentioning is that the Hatchbox spool seemed to have some drag compared to the Overture spools where they spun freely all the time. The Overture spools were made of pressed board compared to plastic/abs for the Hatchbox spools.

Support - 2Hrs 30min vertical with 4mm supports.

PLA, I used Hatchbox Filament: extruder 220C, room temperature bed (25C), 60mm/s, cooling fan on. Infill pattern, rectilinear at 80% with 3 layers of solid diaphrams every 20 layers.
