3D model description

A long desired replica finally available by FNV workshop.

I have based it on the KWC makarov (blowback version!!!) to build something unique. Comes with a tracer ready (acetech lighter S (or same size) functional supressor (sound reducing inserts included). As a plus, you'll be able to set the hop up simply by racking the slide back! You only gonna need to replace the stock barrel and slide to get your hands on this bad boy.

You will need:
- 1 pc of KWC makarov (blowback version)
- 1 pc M2x10mm (or longer) countersunk head bolt and hex nut (to fix the front-end to the center
- 1 pc M3x4mm grub screw (to fix the center)

Additionally for the optional parts:
- 1 pc M2x4mm (or longer) grup screw to fix the pin that catches the supressor
- 1 pc 20mm long, 2mm outer diameter compression spring (I recommend 0.3mm wire) for the supressor pin
- 1 pc M1x16mm cotter pin (supressor cap "button")
- 1 pc M4x8mm flathead clevis pin (serving as the supressor cap button)
- 1 pc 10mm long 5mm outer diameter compression spring (for the button, I recommend 0.4mm wire)

Some of these components are hard to find, contact me and I'll send you some (for the price of the postage).

Remove the slide, the main spring and the outer barrel. Disassemble the slide completely, you need to put the blowback unit and the fire selector into the new slide. replace the barrel with the new one, put the main spring on it. put the slide and slide it onto the assembled position. Once the slide is in its place, push the main spring towards the muzzle a little so that you can slide the center piece from above onto the hop up unit and the rear part of the barrel. Fix the center part with an M3x4mm grub screw to the hole on the right of the hop up unit. Get the front-end in position by putting it on from above, and slide it back onto the center piece. Once in place, fix it with an M2 countersunk bolt to the center. Congratulations, you did it!

I am gonna make a detailed assembly video or manual, in the meantime, contact me if you have trouble.

The grey parts you can see on the pictures are 3d printed aluminum and steel. I am working on a solution to get the slide and front end printed in steel and get them through customs. Contact me for details.

3D printing settings

I added a slide version that has a thickened top part so that it's an easier print.
