3D model description

This solution makes it very easy to mount and remove the glass plate.
The nozzle should not come in contact with any of the parts because of their low height and because they are not within the printing area or the homing area.

You need:
A glass plate. Sizes are shown in thing files.
An M2.5 screw 5-10mm.
2 pcs 10x15x4mm bearings. (6700ZZ)
The bearings and the washers prevents the bed level from changing when moving the front levers. They also make leveling smoother, so they can be used on all four legs.)

When printing the parts it is important to print them with the flat side down.
The strain relief should be printed vertically, with the thin part pointing upwards.
For the strain relief, you will need to use an extra screw.
I used an M2.5 screw on my strain relief. (I took it from an old alarm clock)
Maximum length is 10mm.
The hole for the screw is 2.3mm in diameter.
I used PLA for printing.

To avoid the corner bolts on the Tornado from turning when adjusting the bed, I have added a press fit solution. This means that you will have to press (or knock) the head of the screw into the part.
If the press fit solution is not tight enough, try lowering the bed temperature when printing.

Put grease on the bolts threads.

IMPORTANT
In addition to this, you need to mount Build plate bushing / stabilizer by Vektor Viktor to all four holes on the heat bed plate. They work as padding between the leveling bolt and the hole in the glass.
If you don't do this, small pieces of glass might loosen in the holes.
Alternatively, you can use (Diameter=4.8mm) heat shrink on the top part of the bolt threads, if the holes in the glass bed are too small for build plate bushing. (Length about 10mm).
The heat shrink can be heated with a lighter.
(Please see picture in post printing below.)

The part of the removable glass plate that comes in contact with the levers, should be cleaned with ethanol regularly, or the locking mechanism might stop working.
It is also important to clean the round part of the levers that come in contact with the removable glass plate regularly with ethanol.

On the second and third picture, I am using "Tevo Tornado knob leveling" by infectedfpv26. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2636745)

15.06.2018 Zip files modified.

03.08.2018 Picture update.

22.08.2018 Levers and rear end stoppers thickness changed from 3mm to 4mm.
