3D model description

This is a 6-in-1 measuring tool that contains a protractor, simple caliper, hex measurer, radius finder, bolt sorter, and bolt length finder.

How to use:

Protractor (0-180° accurate to 2.5°)
Place the part on the tool and align it up with the aligning bar, move the arm so it lines up with the part you want to measure, then look through the angle viewing window to find the angle.

Simple Calpers (0"-6.25" accurate to .25")
Place the part in between the tip of the arm and the end of the aligning bar. The calipers will measure the distance from tip to tip, so make sure your part is aligned correctly. The measurement will be displayed in the distance viewing window.

Hex measurer (¼"-½")
Place the hex piece into one of the labeled holes. Once the piece fits snugly into one of the holes, that is the correct measurement for that piece.

Radius finder (1/8"-1")
Align the tool against the radius that you are trying to measure. Once it fits snugly against one of the finders, that is the correct radius.

Bolt Sorter (½"-#6)
Place a bolt in one of the bolt sorter slots. Once the bolt fits snugly in one of the slots, that is the correct size of that bolt

Bolt length finder (0"-5" accurate to .125")
Place the bolt so that the head is on the opposite side as the aligning arm and the shaft of the bolt is aligned in the bolt length finder. Use the numbers on the side of the bolt to determine the length of the bolt

3D printing settings

For best results print with a lighter color and use a sharpie to highlight the tops of the numbers and indicators.

Print with "Print thin walls" enabled to make the numbers readable
