3D model description

Update 2017-09-12
My Raspberry Pi camera has a connector that didn't fit the previous hole, so I removed a section to make room.

OctoPrint can make a timelapse video where images are snapped for each Z axis change. Mounting the camera on some static place gives you a video with jerky motion where the model shifts about - sometimes wildly.

This thing lets you mounting the camera on the Y axis, thus having the camera move along with the build platform and the thing you're printing.

It's specifically designed for the Anet A6 printer, but will work for any printer in the Prusa clone family (and others, I'm sure) where there's a 3mm screw hole with it's center at 4.5mm from a corner.
