No36 Mills Grenade Replica 1:1 Reenactment Model

This STL set is a 1:1 scale copy of the British WWI/WWII Era No36 Grenade & Rifle Grenade. These are files for 3d printing, no physical items are sold. Photos of physical items for demonstration purposes only.

It is made of 6 files as follows: Grenade body, spring striker, base plug, gas-check (For converting into a rifle grenade), spoon and 2/3rd cutaway model.

In order to fully complete the printed model, some additional parts are needed; a 2mmx40mm split pin, 3mmx32mm pull ring (can be found at a haberdashery), 9mmx35mm compression spring (frequently available in mixed sets at the hardware store), and optionally some 1mm sheet steel or hard plastic to make a more durable spoon, using the 3d printed one as a pattern (due to how thin it is, the 3d printed one is quite fragile, coating with epoxy might also help).

Once printed, these replicas are great for a re-enactor looking to fill their pouches or crates, a collector with an empty spot on their shelf or a student film-maker needing that realistic looking prop.

Print time approx 9 hours per full grenade. The body prints great in TPU for extra durability, if intended to be thrown.
