3D model description

Similar to the M-299, the GN XM-3002 Junky is a six-wheeled variable terrain vehicle designed to operate in low-gravity conditions over terrestrial bodies with little or no atmosphere. The XM-3002 has room for four passengers (including the driver) and features small propulsion nozzles on the sides of the vehicle (including two top-mounted omnidirectional nozzle bulbs) for low-gravity maneuvering. Like most utility vehicles, the XM-3002 Junky has a communications system that can be linked to internal personal spacesuit units. First Lieutenant Misa Hayase operated an XM-3002 during the SDF-1 Macross landing on the planet Mars, in which she drove from Macross to Mars Base Salla.

Debut: Super Dimension Fortress Macross, Episode 7

Host: Misa Hayase

Other appearances: none

Original mechanical designer: Studio Nue
