3D model description

This is my newest Bird Feeder, the Bird Mansion.

It not inspired on anything found in this world, but on pure fantasy. It lived in my computer for a while now, and it was a lot of work to make it into a good 3D printable model.
It is Designed in such a way that the Sun light can travel trough it in some places, creating beautiful light effects.
This Bird Feeder is Designed for small Birds like Sparrows and Coal tits. Of course they will make it dirty very fast. Therefore the Floors can be taken out, to make them easy to clean.

The Bird Mansion is 474,2 mm high and max 333,4 mm wide.
You need around 1600 Gram of Filament and a M4x35mm Bolt & M4 Nut to make it.

3D printing settings

This Model is for people who really like to 3D Print.There are 50 different Parts in this Model and some need to be printed up to 32 times. To make it more clear how all these Pars come together I added 21 Images (as a sort of manual) in the Photo Section of this Page. When you download the Files, they will be included, so you can zoom in to see things better. I also included a file called: Total Assembled. These make it possible to see the Bird Mansion fully assembled in 3D. I hope this also helps to assemble this Model.

I tested this model on FDM Printers with a build volume of 210mm x 210mm and 240mm high. But 200x200x200mm will also work. The Nozzle size I used for testing is a standard 0.4mm. The Print resolution I used is 0.2mm. If you have a good working printer, this model will work fine. But after testing and making this model I think it will work even better at 150% size.
