3D model description

This is a nose cone for my ParkZone Extra 300. Both the Nose Cone and base Plate are present, but I suggest just printing the Nose Cone and reuse the silver base plate that came with your model. I suggest you print with support. I plan to give mine the Presto Acetone Vapor Bath treatment to shine it up. Will post pictures later once I print.

Now if you scuff your's up or just want to print a color matched nose cone, you can.

Stl's and Inventor Fusion files included.

Just a heads up: It is a bit heavier so pay attention to your CG. May redesign it a bit to pull a little weight out of it.

Edit: I've changed the design to take out some of that weight. New .stl and Inventor Fusion file uploaded. Few other things corrected like the orientation and the previous Inventor file appeared to be corrupt. Enjoy :)

Saved 2g off the nose cone, making it 10g. (The original is 3g, so a ways to go to match identically.) If you want, you can experiment with thinner walls and a sleeker profile. Support turned on is required on this version because the center cylinder that slips over the prop shaft will hang in free space otherwise.

V3 added which comes in at close to half the weight. It depends on your head size and layer thickness just what you'll get when you slice at these thin wall thicknesses. I have a .35mm Head printing at a .25mm layer thickness.
