3D model description

Like most "entry-level" models, air rifles come in classic versions (something Air Venturi has been remedying of late).

What's more, the basic avenger, which is an excellent rifle, has a questionable overall look and chassis quality, so I looked into the problem to shorten it, lighten it without altering its primary qualities of power and accuracy.

As I'm an inveterate tinkerer, you'll also find for the same rifle a frame for a modified version with a 61mm dia. cylinder, as well as another unmodified AVA version

Likewise, all models share the same pistol grips, one "classic" and the other "paratrooper", as well as numerous parts, enabling enthusiasts to switch from one version to another without having to reprint all the parts.

N.B. The package includes the silencer, so there's no need to buy it separately.

3D printing settings

If you're worried about this, remember that you're working in volume, and that the diagonals of your printer can be used to fit your models in, with a few supports of course.

Material

Avoid basic PLA for the chassis, which is too brittle and deformable at ambient heat, and prefer carbon-reinforced materials for the moving mechanical parts and picatinny mounts that are subject to the most stress. So PLA+, PLA Carbon, ASA,are pretty good as well as TPU for "comfort" parts such as cheek rests and butt plates.

Please note that this proposal is aimed at users who have mastered the disassembly/reassembly of their weapon. It leaves the weapon's original mechanics intact and will not alter its operation.

My proposals are tested and functional.

Be careful when disassembling, locate all parts and their location.

However, in some cases the end-user may have to make a few adaptations himself. These will be documented as far as possible, but we're counting on your skills as "makers" to find the solution yourself.
