3D model description

Tactical Picantinny tire grip for Magfed / Airsoft weapons based on AR-15 and not only, in my case I attached the grip on Paintball weapon - Valken Milsig M17.

The grip is based on the Fortis Shift from Escape from Tarkov, of course the grip is not a 100% copy of the original and is made only roughly similar.

Since some parts are quite thin, I suggest you to print with ABS or PETG filament for better durability. My first PLA trial version was not very stable and cracked in the middle of the bend at the top, so keep that in mind! Also please pay attention to the mount itself, as there are no holes for bolting the handle! I didn't need them as I made the mount a bit narrower and the handle fits quite tightly on the tire without bolts.

After printing I sanded my model with sandpaper and painted it with Revell Email Color 88 Matt, but painting is optional and at your discretion.

3D printing settings

The model I printed with supports.

After printing and removing the supports, I cleaned the model with a fine file and sandpaper. Painting is optional.
