3D model description

Happy Puppy Block Set:

A simple puppy/dog that can printed and assembled. Use any color you like. Feel free to use the pieces to build other designs as well!

Project NELA:

I've always been a huge fan of building blocks. I grew up playing with them and they are partially responsible for my choice in a career path as an engineer. Building blocks help fuel creativity and are always a fun pass time.

However, buying them from the store can be expensive. That's why I wanted to try and design a version of these blocks that could be easily 3D printed at home.

I call this effort Project NELA (not an acronym but is just a cool name I came up with) and I call these blocks NELA blocks.

I came up with a simple build design that you can print and assemble yourself If you are like me and have some kids art home, you can print and enjoy assembling with them as well.

Disclaimer: These blocks are not compatible with popular building block brands. In order to effectively design 3D printable pieces, I had to change the blocks ratios and sizes and include other features to minimize/eliminate the need for supports. But they are still a lot of fun and can be printed as many times as you like.

These designs were printed on an Ender 3.

Please continue to support my work, and I will continue to post new sets/designs.
