3D model description

This kit is made for 96-99 GMC/Chevrolet pickups

The factory MAF Sensor comes with 3.5" housing for the factory air intake. These parts install in place of the original housing and allow for 4" intake piping and couplers.

These were specifically for the 96+ 6.5L Turbo Diesel and allow for the use of a larger intake while retaining the factory MAF without a recalibration.

Hardware:
- M5 x 35mm buttonhead Screws (x4)
-M5 Knurled Brass inserts (x4)
- Original O-Rings from factory MAF or equivalent

Assembly:
- Trim off brim on the inside diameter of both parts
- Install inserts into the "output" side using a soldering iron
- install O-rings into grooves on the back of the adapters
- bolt onto MAF sensor using the M5 screws

Parts are directional so pay attention to the alignment when installing

Requires supports on the build plate
1.5MM shell thickness or more
30% infill or higher
ABS, ASA or Nylon strongly recommended
CF Filled material also recommended for added strength
