3D model description

This model was inspired by earlier work developed for Kral Arms Puncher Breaker "silent", which was not originally silent at all.

Adapted for AVA, it gives excellent results without any modification to the weapon, apart from replacing the original plug.

No drilling or addition of foam required It will center the barrel in the jacket.

2 versions:

  • one for unmodified rifle or all models

  • one for rifle with cylinder

available for the brand's 3 most common calibers.

As designed, some of the baffles will expand the air as it leaves the barrel inside the jacket, while the rest will be redirected to the rear vents.

This design avoids the turbulence behind the ammunition at the muzzle so often the cause of "flyers".

N.B.

If you're interested in one of the bullpup avenger conversion versions there's no need to buy this model as it's included in their packages.

3D printing settings

Can be printed in FDM or resin.

Choose robust materials with a fairly good layer thickness to ensure consistency and robustness, and good pitch accuracy.

Avoid PLA base material that is too brittle and sensitive to ambient heat, and don't forget the intense stress of each shot.

Please note that this proposal is aimed at users who have mastered the disassembly/reassembly of their weapon. It leaves the weapon's original mechanics intact and will not alter its operation.

My proposals are tested and functional.

Be careful when disassembling, locate all parts and their location.

However, in some cases the end-user may have to make a few adaptations himself. These will be documented as far as possible, but we're counting on your skills as "makers" to find the solution yourself.
