3D model description

This is a replacement Lid for an old Sinclar PC200 computer. This very old 8086 PC has two 8- Bit ISA slots for expansion cards. Unfortunately it's extremely hard to find those really low profile VGA cards that will fit inside the case of the computer. Usually you end up with card that is just a bit too tall and you have to run the computer lid open, or remove it completely.

So I have solved this problem by designing a replacement lid that has a special slot for the VGA card and a cover to cover the actual card. This way I can have the lid closed and the whole computer looks a lot better this way.

Since the lid is so large I had to split the main lid in two halves that then are just easily connected together.

There is also a slot for compact flash adapter, since I also have an XT-IDE card inside the case that lets me use a Compact Flash card as hard drive. That slot design probably needs a little tweak to include a proper locking mechanism, but as of now it works and I don't remove the card that often.

The side panel for the VGA card doesn't have any locking mechanism it just pushed in there and it stays there quite well. It could be just a tiny bit wider to make more snug fit.

I have included all the basic STL files and also STEP and F3D files, so you can remix and tweak the design as much as you need so you can fit your own card inside there.
