3D model description

This is the microphone of the mermaid princesses from Mermaid Melody.

( I rendered the pearl blue because my favorite is Hannon, but you can paint the pearl any color. )

3D printing settings

The microphone is about 300 mm long and is split into two parts to fit an Ender 3.

It has a hole in the middle so you can put a stick as a skeleton.

I also provide a rod, but if you want to place an aluminum rod.

From personal experience, printed rods end up breaking easily. That way, you can use a 4mm aluminum rod (it can be circular or square. The hole is square, but 10 mm rods will fit.)

For a PLA printer advice these settings:

Quality: 2.8
Walls: 2 or 3
Infill: 10%
Pattern: Zig Zag

  • May need some small supports -I don't like to make vertical cuts because the circular parts never look good ( in my opinion. ) But if you want I can cut it in another way ) -It also provides the entire microphone (without being cut and without a hole) so you can cut it however you want.
