3D model description

This is a design which I copied from the 3D printing channel over at the High Voltage discord. It allows you to combine 21700 cells to a big battery pack without fiddeling with those manufactured cell holders which click into place. I used silicone / caulk to glue the cells into place. Using some rigid squared object to keep everything together until it is dried will not hurt. Everything is controlled via four variables in the OpenSCAD script:

Cell diameter (Samsung 40T in my case):

cell_dia=21.8;

Cell height

cell_h=70;

Distance between cells

d_cell=0.3;

Amount of cells in two rows

10s2p = 20 cells

13s2p = 26 cells

14s2p = 28 cells

cell_no=26;

By combining shorter and longer cell holder you can easily adjust the shape of the battery matching your frame. A battery mount like mine might come handy ;-)
