3D model description

This is my latest housing. Uses 2 Nilight Leds that are smaller and mount from behind.

Fits Gen 1 Raptors (2010-2014) and 12th Gen F150's (2009-2014). Uses factory mounting hardware and does not require cutting of the cab.

Included is an STL for a TPU gasket for light and screws as well.

Lights will need the front cover removed and 8 M3 x 18mm screws to mount from behind. All Led's are available from Amazon.

Picture on truck is 3 light model, I did not have time to mount the 2 light version but it is the same minus one light.

3D printing settings

I use Polymaker ASA.

4 wall loops, 4 top and bottom shells. Retraction is 1mm @20mm/sec.

255c and 100c bed temp.

15% gyroid infill

Prints face down with no supports. To prevent warping I use at least 50c chamber temp. If printing lower you will need a brim.
