3D model description

  • 22-24 awg wires in Parallel
  • Extracted an old or new flash drive head from the body(I used a Sandisk Ultra flair USB 3.0)
  • 3-5 V, 20mA LEDs with a 3mm bulb.
  • 1x 150 omh resistor you can splice it on the positive or negative make sure to tuck it in on the bottom side left a cavity there.

Multi parts consist of 4, 3 of petg and one in TPU95A

Inner ring is made from the cavity of the insides with an acrylic piece(will leave an image if you plan on getting it lazer cut)

Results and finishes may depend on the DIYer. Goodluck!

Tip( used a black base after the primer to get a deeper silver)

First layer: 0.28
Layer height: 0.1 - 0.12
Walls: 4-5 walls
Infill: 10 %
Nozzle Temp: 220 C
Bed Temp: 55 C

PETG

First layer: 0.28
Layer height: 0.14 - 0.16 mm( depends on clarity or speed)
Walls: 4-5
Infill: 5-10%
Nozzle Temp: 235 - 240 C
Bed Temp: 70C
