3D model description

Designed and printed this to make my Mercusys Halo boxes look a little less bland.

Comes as two parts, the main case and the lid. The main case has a hole in the bottom for ventilation, but also holds the halo up by about 8mm to allow air to get to the vents underneath. Also has rear access for the power and network ports. The status light on the front also shows through the vent just below the heart circle.

The lid Is designed to fit inside the top so it can be left off without ruining the aesthetic of the cube if the Halo is placed above head height, and has a slight bevel so it can fit snuggly into place using only friction.

3D printing settings

The cube itself measures 109mm x 109mm x 109mm and is designed to hold an 89mm x 89mm x 89mm Halo H50G.

Printed on my Ender 3 with standard 0.28 layer height with supports using Elegoo white PLA.
