Jolly the Ghost Train BRIO IKEA compatible

Beautifully halloween styled toy train with a glow in the dark spooky ghost face on the front of the locomotive. The train is compatible with tracks from BRIO / IKEA and easy to print. No supports needed just import the 3MF files into the build plate as they are already aligned. Assembly with only a few wood screws of the same type for the wheels and some drops of super glue for the chimney and cowcatcher.

I also designed decal panels with snap fit joints for the locomotive and train car to add more details. They can be optionally printed in different colors or glow in the dark filament. Depending on the tolerance of your 3d printer you might need super glue for the panels. The face on the locomotive is a simple color change at layer 317.

You will need these wood screws for the wheels and magnets:
ISO 14585 (DIN7981) diameter 2.9mm x length 13mm

Add cheap neodym ring magnets on each side of the train:
2x Neodym ring magnet R-10-04-05-N outer diameter 10mm / inner diameter 4mm / height 5mm

I used the QUALITY preset with 0.2mm layer height in Prusa Slicer with Prusament Orange, Galaxy Black PLA, and some generic glow in the dark filament. 3MF files included. Print as imported into the buildplate. No supports needed.
