3D model description

ER32 Collet Holder/Handle.

*Handle ONLY. Used nut from a Haas CAT40 collet holder.

I made this in Fusion360. We're converting from DA180 over to the ER systems, which is way more popular and used in the industry.

I made the DA180 Collet Handle first, mainly to hold a reamer, to run back through intersecting holes to help clean up internal burrs.

1.0" hole all the way through handle.

PLA, 0.12 Layer Height, 0 Infill/999 Top Layers, 200 degree with 0.4 nozzle @ 50mm/s, fan speed 100%, brim.

I scaled the model down to 99% in Fusion so the nut would fit better. At full scale, the nut was super snug.

Let me know if there's any problems, and I'll get you taken care of!
