3D model description

This is a modification of my popular Nema 17 Stepper motor standoff mount. This box attaches to the end of a 2020 aluminum extrusion for configurations with the belt running inside the slots. Simple and clean.

It is two parts: The box and a cover plate. The slot on the side provides access to the set screws of the pulley for adjustment. It is attached to the extrusion using T-nuts. The holes are 4mm for this purpose. You will need M3x28-30 bolts to mount the steppers and M4x8mm + T-Nuts to mount the assembly.

There is plenty of surface area for mounting limit switches as well. I will be posting an H-bot machine soon that is using this assembly.
