3D model description

A lightweight sanding block that is easy to manipulate. You can attach sand paper strips to it by using two O-rings and two short pieces of 1/4" steel rod cut to 95mm lengths (I suggest cutting them a few mm longer) which hold the sand paper securely. The bottom edges have two different radius corners for different sanding requirements (3mm and 1.2mm).

Measures: 95 x 45 x 19 mm

Included with the file: A document outlining exact o rings purchased with product codes, so hopefully you can purchase everything online and save a trip to the hardware store.

3D printing settings

Printed on an FDM printer with a 0.45mm layer lines. Suitable for resin printers as well.
