3D model description

Hand Throw Glider for Indoor Fun

Awesome little glider and his big mama. Super quick print.

Also a practical tool to calibrate your first layer and test layer adhesion.

Preparations:
Bend wings slightly upwards
Bend tail to a V shaped stabilizer
Bend tail slightly upwards directly behind the wings.

Launch:
Grab directly behind the wings and throw gently. (See pictures)

3D printing settings

Layer height: 0.12mm works best. But 0.06mm - 0.24mm should be fine

Infill: 100%

Outer Lines:

Min 2 for small version

Min 3 for big version

Placement:
Glider is rotated 45Β° in z-axis so that the infill of the first layer goes along the wings. This gives some rigidity when bending the wings and stabilizers.

Works with PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA
