3D model description

I accidentally stuck something straight into my hotend fan and snapped off half of the blades, so I designed this to replace it. This is actually way stronger than the original because of the outer shroud, so I shouldn't need to replace it ever again. You'll need to unscrew the fan assembly from the inside, and then remove the broken plastic fan. Be careful not to damage the motor it is mounted to, but you can use wire cutters to break apart the old plastic. Then take the old pin out of the old plastic fan. Heat the pin up and melt it into the center hole on your new print. It should sink right in and be flush with the top of the hole. Try your best to get it straight up perpendicular. Now you can snap the pin with the new fan back on to the motor assembly and you should be good to go!

3D printing settings

Print in PLA, preferably with a 0.2 mm nozzle, in the orientation the file is in. No supports. No raft or brim is necessary, just whatever you usually use glue/hairspray wise for adhesion.
