3D model description

A lightweight replacement outer barrel for airsoft guns, replacing both the outer barrel and connection to the upper receiver.

I recommend you print the test fit (https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/airsoft-outer-barrel-test-fit) to see if my outer barrel will fit your setup, let me know if it does not and I am happy to make adjustments to the file. This was designed and tested to fit my g&g combat machine, but should fit most m4s.
(2.45 fit well for me, when printed actual thickness is about 2.9mm)

Print vertically upright to use minimal supports but still a good result.

The size difference is the thickness of the part clamped between the delta ring and the upper receiver. If the barrel is wobbling, try a thicker size. If the handguard wobbles after installing, try a thinner size. Let me know if you need any more sizes and I can upload more.

You may need to print or buy a delta ring tool to remove your existing outer barrel, and as the barrel and connection to upper receiver are one part you may need to add a hole to for the barrel to pass through(https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/g-g-r8-cm18-delta-ring-tool-with-hole).

3D printing settings

Printed in PLA 220 degrees. Supports on, the swirl should not need support. Print upright. I would recommend a high number of walls (4 or 5) to ensure the part is strong as it needs to protect your inner barrel.
