3D model description

What kind of Halloween would it be without a Mysterymakers Star Wars halloween model? :D

With all the new troopers we got to see in Ahsoka, i wanted to create my own version, so i'm calling this one the grim reaper trooper helmet

The helmet is ofc fully wearable, wall thickness is 3.5 mm at 100% scale, which means its fairly light, and you can downscale it all the way to 40% without the worry of structural integrity falling apart (example on 0.4mmm nozzle)

The front spike and lenses are removable, so included are not only the files for lenses, but files for vacuum forming /cutting templates to help you cut out these lenses. Or you can just scale it down , put a candle inside and have a nice halloween decoration :)

You will notice the neck opening is fairly wide so you should have no trouble putting it on your head. The overall shape was inspired by phase 2 clone helmet, and ofc halloween - and when i say halloween, does anyone remember Grim Fandango ? That's kind of the direction I was aiming at, only more scary :)

I also left some room for customization - like the stripes on the cheek and on top of his head - i imagined those spots would be reserved for marking trophy "hunts" ( we can't use certain words any longer :D )

So to recap, included are:

  • fully combined 1:1 scale wearable helmet - without lenses
  • fully combined 1:1 scale wearable helmet - with lenses
  • presliced 1:1 scale wearable helmet for small printers using 4x4 connectors
  • front spikes separated for easier printing
  • lenses stl files included
  • lenses template for vacuum forming or cutting included
  • fully combined version for small scale printing
  • fully combined version for small scale printing/ornament version
