The gap between the tube and the wall has been reduced to 20mm.

Additional damping pad integrated into the design.

Optional spacer tape added.

Choice of a solid wall screw involving a tapered space for the head.

Add a rubber strip, adhesive tape or print flex tape to be placed between the tube and the flange (free thickness of 1mm).

Use M3 bolts with 20mm screws to close the flange.

To guarantee anchoring of the inserted nuts, spray adhesive has been injected into the opening.

Fixing to the wall is achieved using a 5mm diameter screw and a solid wall plug.

3D printing settings

Parts are to be made in duplicate.

The flange can be printed in PLA but PETG is preferable, the outer surfaces (walls, top/bottom) are 1.2mm thick, the layers 0.2 to 0.3mm and the filling is 25% minimum.

The damper is printed in TPU Flex (and ribbon if required) with 100% fill.

It can be glued to the flange if required.
