3D model description

This is my Blender designed and rendered, 55 gallon metal drum. I designed this around the ability to scale it down to HO scale for model railroads, wargaming, or other diorama based projects.

The first of many more to come, to help bring your projects to life!

3D printing settings

This file shines in resin, but can also be printed out on FDM printers.

Simple to print, standing straight up. Bottom lip ring supported, and on a raft for resin printing. Solid or hollow.

Use settings that work for your resin, it's a quick print.

Note on FDM printing. print with snug supports, touching build plate only, on the bottom of the drum leaving room between the lip and supports. Very scalable down to a smaller size, or as big as your build plate. Use lightning infill to speed up your prints, and 3 walls, outside to inside, 3 bottom layers, and 3 top layers (or more depending on your print settings to get a good top layer)
