The PERFECT filament spool holder
This spoolholder is very efficient and easy to use and print. One side uses only two different 3D-files printed twice, two 608 bearings and two M3 bolts and nuts. The spoolholder is very sturdy, it keeps the bearings in place and aligned and the shape of the rollers helps to center the spoolholder during motion.

Needed for complete spoolholder:
4x β€œpart 1” i.e the sides

4x β€œpart 2” i.e the rollers

4x 608 ball bearings

4x M3x15 Screws

4x M3 Nuts

Assembly:
When all the parts are printed you are ready to assemble.

Start by pressing the bearing into the rollers. The rollers are designed with an edge on one side to keep the bearing in place and centered.
Slide the bearing on to the β€œpeg” on each of the sides.
The the same on both sides and push them together.
While holding the two sides together, insert the nuts as far into the hexagonal hole as possible
Insert the screws into the cylindrical hole and once everything is alinged, tighten the screws.

I prefer to make the spoolholder a bit more beefy and heave to make sure it holds up and stays in place.
