GEAR Series
Spur gears are very useful devices to transmit movement and transform torque and rotation.
My idea here is to provide a series of spur gears, in several number of teeth for you to print and use in your projects. The bore for the shaft is always 6 mm, which ensures a good resistance when mounted in 6 mm steel rod.
Spur gear 18 teeth - 2 mm module - 10 mm depth.
Please note that a pair of spur gears must be same module in order to couple accordingly. I mean, you cannot use a 2 mm module gear to mesh with a 3 mm module gear. You may couple different number of teeth to achieve different rotation and torque, but the module must be the same!

Material: any rigid material (PLA, ABS, PET... etc.)
0.2 mm layer
Printing time: about 30 min
Filling: Honeycomb
Density used for prototyping: 12%
No support required.
