NOTE: This is not a weapon and cannot be used as a weapon. This is an accessory for a rifle but does not make the rifle any more or less dangerous. It changes the ergonomics and prevents a pistol style grasp as per CA and NY state law. This is legal anywhere the rifle is legal, and will not help criminals illegally obtain the rifle. This will fit any standard AR receiver and hold the selector detent and spring in place. It uses a standard .25 dia screw. It was based on a similar design by the owner of riflegrip.com, however he didn't want to go into mass production, and so I modeled this grip for me and others to use.

EDIT: the initial grip may have protruded too much for CA, and the cap also doesn't prevent a pistol style grip as per CA law. (Both should be fine in NY), and so I have edited it by reducing the front "hook" protrusion. It may not have been an issue, but I wanted to give people as many options as possible.
