3D model description

I've had to drill a lot of holes in the house recently. Some of them were on walls that had already been painted. Despite stopping to use a vacuum cleaner, brick dust could always be seen around the drill hole. This bothered me immensely. So I designed this nozzle for my vacuum cleaner (Siemens). Now I have both hands free and can still vacuum the dust around the drill hole while drilling.

I made use of a brass sleeve to increase the stability in the drill hole. This reduces wear on the adapter.

The vacuum cleaner adapter is 35mm.

I have both parts and they should also be printed in ABS. Unfortunately, PLA didn't last long.

Both parts have to be screwed together with M3 screws and I cut a piece of self-adhesive felt to fit the underside.

3D printing settings

I printed it with ABS to make it easier to hold.
