3D model description

I live in an apartment building and wanted a laser to compliment my 3d printer. I picked one up and soon found that it's not exactly designed for apartment living. I created these accessories to assist in getting the fumes out of my slider door. Everything is based upon a 3" vent hose, which is what came with my printer. In addition, you will need a 1x4 or wider board, and some foam weather stripping.
-The bumper holds the board away from the jam. I used 4 of these equally spaced top to bottom.
-The doorboard is a bracket that holds the board on to the slider door, I used 3 of them being careful to avoid the slider handle.
-The doorlock is a rotatable part that allows you to lock the board to the door jam. You have to play with the placement, see my photos for how it works!
-The 5/8" and 1/2" grommets are for air intake into your box (I made mine with 5/5 melamine coated particle board) I used 6 of these across the back top to pull clean air in. I drilled 5/8 holes and then realized that my grommet wouldn't fit so I reprinted the file into the 1/2" version.
- The 3/4" grommet is how I get cables in and out. I then stuff it with cotton balls to make a seal, replacing when they get nasty.
- The 3 inch port - I use two of these, one on the outside of my enclosure, and one in the board that leads to outside. I then put the 3 inch vent on the other side of the board to aim the smoke into a bucket of water, which seems to capture a lot of the smoke.
- The 4 inch exhaust mount is something I made to easily strap a 4 inch inline blower to my enclosure to forcefully exhaust the smoke and fumes.

Nothing fancy! These are utility parts, not showpieces. I printed in PLA+ .2mm, 195 Celsius.
