3D model description

Modular Beam pack. UPDATE ROOFING SHEETS ADDED 17-11-23

Versatile Modular Beam system and bracketry to create anything from a model Steel beam lorry load to a functioning shed/warehouse. 2 sizes of Beams (1.5mm and 2.5mm center piece), 3 types of beam in each size (H Beam, hollow & 11degree pitch), 2 sizes of sheeting rails(1mm & 1.5mm) and a selection of beam feet and brackets included.

NOTE:FLATPACK BEAMS PRINT FASTER than Complete beams and are easily Glued together.

NOTE: roofing sheets and flashing lengths can be adjusted to suite in your slicer. 230mm will require printing diagonally on smaller print beds.

Beams can be lengthened and connected with the included couplers and brackets. All joints can be glued, bolted or both. I used 2.5mm screws and bolts

Beams can also be cut and glued to make custom sizes.

(NOT TO AN EXACT SCALE) however designed to use with 1/14 &1/16 Construction Models. (SEE PHOTOS) also beams can be doubled in length via included couplers to make structures wider or taller.

(NOTE: Flatpack Beams may need light filing/sanding before gluing depending on printer accuracy)

Compatible with 220x220 bed and up. 11degree beam flatpack and sheeting rails should be printed diagonally if on a 220x220 print bed but individual files should already be in the correct orientation for this.
