3D model description

Loosely based on the ever popular SCX10 chassis.
The 12 different lengths vary by 2mm for each tier.
is there a need for this many chassis lengths?
I figure why not give people more options and if needed I can alter any one of these to suit your needs.

In the pictures there is an image that shows the shortest compared to the longest. There is also an example of a crawler(Nissan King Cab) I made using a very similar chassis I designed.

Once printed it would be ideal to ream out all the screw holes with the appropriate sized drill bit. Through holes will be 3mm and threaded holes would be a 2,5mm bit.
Which screw holes are which you ask?
Shock tower holes will be 2,5mm except the ones that the shock tower brace mounts through. Anything below the shock tower holes will be 3mm and all the braces, end pieces and center tray will be 2.5mm.
See 3D Printing Settings for more details about printing.

As with any 3d printed parts, care must be taken when inserting screws and tightening. Do not overtighten. And of the Rail holes can be oversized to 3mm to use a longer screw with a nut instead of threading into the plastic.

3D printing settings

I always try and design my products so they need no supports ar at least very little.
The 3D print shown in the pictures was tested for accuracy using PETG. but ideally you would print it in a much stiffer type of material like PC/CF or Nylon/CF or even PETG/CF(very easy to use compared to the other two).

100% infill with 3 perimeters on a 0.6mm nozzle. If using a 0.4mm nozzle I would use 5 perimeters.
