Inosuke Nose - smoke mechanism via vape

For my Inosuke cosplay, I wanted a mask with a nose which could make smoke! Since I have a vape, I designed a custom boar nose with a slot designed for my vape. Of course this model only works with this specific vape (Vaporesso GEN PT60).
I think it's a very specific design, but I thought it would be worth sharing it online!

Since the vape works when the button is pressed, I added a lever which allows to push the button using the lips. To firmly hold the vape to the body, I added two holes at its bottom so that you can add an elastic band.

Under the vape, you find a ''mouthpiece'' internally connected to the external nostrils.
So: push the button -> breath in - > breth out into the mouthpiece and you have your smoking nose!

To build it: Print all three pieces, insert the vape into the body, stick the lever into its hole and finally insert the upper cover
There is no tolerance between the lever and its hole at the end of the body. My advice is to sligtly reduce the thickness of the end of the lever with sandpaper until it gets ''stuck'' into its hole, since it must not slip off it.

To make it look a bit smoother, I finally covered the external part with clay, but you can also leave it as it is.
