Inspired by the Notorious General Grievous himself, this saber is one of a kind and ready to add to your cosplay or costume parties.

This is a 3D digital model. You can send this to someone you know who has a 3d printer or make it yourself! Just add a 1inch blade (Polycorbonate/Acrylic tube), (LEDs)lights and you have a lightsaber.

This is designed to be fitted with the Padawan Outpost Base Lit Core and 1inch Blades if you want to take it to the next level! (Some sanding and hand fitting is required for it to fit)

This 3D model is split into multiple parts for ease of printing.
The largest dimension is 250mm but you could split it into more parts if it doesn't fit onto the printer.

It has been designed for FDM printing but i don't see why it won't work with SLA resin printing, you may have to scale the parts slightly to allow for any shrinkage.

Filament: If its just for display, PLA would work fine but if you plan to use it as a cosplay item and take it to shows i would print it in stronger material such as ABS or PETG
Print speed: 60mm/s (You know what your printer is capable of but i usually print at a slower speed to help garuntee the print)

Supports: I would use tree supports as they seem to be better when removing.
