3D model description

TV pole mount for motorhome (XGO Dynamic 25)

With the FS rod holder, the TV can be mounted above and below the rod fastening with a round rod clamp holder D=30mm. Depending on the rod length, up to just above the floor. This allows you to relax and watch TV even outside the motorhome.

The aluminum rod, D=30mm is available cheaply at DIY stores

The upper bracket is in 2 parts, the rod is clamped in place using a clamping part and a screw.

My screw consists of a knurled nut with a glued-in threaded rod - shortened to length - and a nut. A hexagonal hole is provided for this. If too tight: Screw the nut onto the threaded rod and heat with a lighter, then melt into the hole.

The lower part holder supports the rod in a pivoting manner.

The aluminum rod is attached to this with an M8 screw. The holder has a recess at the rear to accommodate a self-locking M8 nut; fit the M8 screw with washer.

(The bar spacing can be adjusted when slicing in the Y-axis).

The cable clamps are too weak, therefore double the height (Y-axis 200%)

Assembly:

First drill the mounting hole D=8.5mm at the bottom end of the rod.

Fasten the lower bracket (with nut)

Fasten the rod to the lower bracket

Align rod with upper bracket and attach bracket

Slide on the clamping part and use a sharpened nail to punch and drill the aluminum rod through the screw holes.

3D printing settings

PLA, default settings,

I printed the clamping part separately (horizontally) with support function.

Filling 10%

The distance of the lower bracket can be adjusted by scaling the Y-axis, then print separately.

Support see Cura image

(I prefer to print the large parts separately)
