NBC Nightmare Before Coffee Multicolor Wall Art Keychain Ornament Coaster

There's something to be said for Truth in Advertising! Our 3d printable Nightmare Before Coffee model tells it exactly like it is.

This NBC model comes in multiple STL and 3MF files to suit a variety of functional uses. They include:

NBC COFFEE STL FILES - MULTI-COLOR IN LAYERS

The Nightmare Before Coffee Wall Art, Keychain, Ornament, and Drink Coasters are modeled for multicoloring through filament change at layer height. Each one should be started in Black, then switched to White at the appropriate layer. (See 3MF files for Bambu AMS below.)

NBC Coffee - Cup Coaster
Print 1 Coaster and 4 Pegs. Using a dab of glue, insert the pegs into the 4 holes on the bottom of the coaster.

NBC Coffee - Coaster Stand
This can be printed as a single color, or filament color changes in one or more locations. For dual color, we recommend starting Black, then using the following settings and Pause locations:

• Dimensions: 11 x 11 x 4cm (4.3 x 4.3 x 1.6 in)
• Layer Height: 0.16
• Initial Layer Height: 0.2
• Pause at Height (Color Change @): Layer 23 (White), 41 (Black), 186 (White), 205 (Black) [of 248 total layers. Double-check layer heights for accuracy on your slicer.]

NBC COFFEE 3MF FILES - BAMBU AMS MULTICOLOR
These files are specifically designed to print on Bambu P1P, P1S, and X1C printers featuring multi-color AMS. Each file is pre-painted in Bambu Studio, requiring two colors of filament. We've pre-painted them in White and Black, but you're welcome to mix them up and print them in whatever colors you like. For instance, a white and dark green would give it that Starbucks feel.

Bambu printers are known for printing beautiful bottom surfaces, especially on their Textured PEI build plates. For this reason, we have flipped each of these models over to print upside down (except the Coaster Stand). It also allowed us to design hangers and spacers on the back of the wall art, and to build the pegs into the coasters (i.e. no assembly required).

Individual slicer settings are detailed below.

NBC Coffee Wall Art - Bambu Studio Settings
This model needs to print upside down. It has two half-ovals for easy hanging. you can either hang them directly over nails or tie a string through them. There are also two pegs towards the bottom. These spacers hold the sign evenly out from the wall, adding to the 3D effect.

NBC Coffee - Ornament
The Nightmare Before Christmas Coffee Ornament is built extra thin (1.5mm) so you can glue two of them back to back. This way, if the ornament spins on the tree, the design is always showing. The 3MF file already includes both pieces. Simply print, glue, and decorate!

NBC Coffee - Cup Coaster
Same as above, this file prints upside down. Four pegs are built into the bottom of the coaster, which will print upwards. A set of 4 makes a great Christmas gift for your favorite coffee connoisseur. :-)

NBC Coffee - Coaster Stand
There are four painted versions of this file. Two of them have the same Jack Skellingto image and text on the base of the coaster stand (NBC coffee Stand - wJack). The other two have a plain surface (NBC coffee Stand - Plain). For each, one is slower (almost 5 hours wJack, less for the Plain version), printing white stripes around the poles. The other omits the stripes and prints much faster (under 2 hours wJack, less for Plain). Take your pick, and feel free to mix up the paint job to make it your own!
