3D model description

If you have found yourself here you probably have an idea of what this is, so I wont 'bog' you down with the details.

Basically, I'm lazy and cheap (and heavy handed apparently) , so if I can spend an hour and a half printing out a part for under a buck rather than head up to Bunnings to buy one for 20, then I'll be the first one onboard.

I'd be super happy if this helped some other lazy, cheap (and heavy handed) person out.

3D printing settings

You could probably print this without supports, but I ran mine at 45 degree and autosupported in Lychee, it worked a treat.

Printing at 100um layer height was fine, I wasn't chasing any fancy details with this. I guess you could probably even go thicker if you REALLY wanted to save a little print time, but at 100um it took under 2 hours with my settings.

I've designed it so the overhangs are slightly gradual rather than a straight shelf for anyone wanting to be super lazy and print straight on the bed.

The 4mm pin hole required a little filing to get a perfectly snug fit, this is intended. You can drill it out if you are brave, just remember 'less is more'.
