3D model description

Zenith is an LCG chassis optimized for front and low center of gravity. Compatible with most axles, transmissions, and bumpers in the market.

The chassis includes a skid plate, two types of sliders, an optional extended rear link mount for extra clearance, and an optional rear drive shaft carrier enclosure.

If you are printing the frame rails, I recommend using the Antiflex part to add strength to hold the abuse.

The optional extended rear link mount allows you to completely clear the rear for additional clearance when rock crawling those sharp and crazy rocks. This allows for mounting the rear links in a higher and further back position while keeping optimal geometry for climbing and side hills.

The drive shaft carrier requires two 5x14x5mm bearings and a 5mm shaft ~35mm long (easy to do with steel rods).

[NEW 11/27/23] Added Shaft Carrier V2, with a lot of clearance for rear upper links and more options. The 78mm version has an offset for side transmission output, you can flip it in the slicer to choose a side.

Manufacturing settings

You can print the frame using the 2 parts provided or if you have a big printer the full frame rail. DXF file is included if you want to cut it in CNC carbon fiber (highly recommended!)

Print everything else in the strongest material you can (PETG, PETG+, PLA+, Nylon, Nylon CF, etc)
