3D model description

alternative battery for Yuneec Typhoon H , H+ using 8cells NCR18650B, each cell is 4.2V. 2950mAh. max current is 10A. (set in 4S 2P). autonomy is 5900mAh and weight is 476gr. 700mA more autonomy and weight win of 82gr. Batteries used from an 'old' E-bike battery BOSCH. Mostly on E-bikes is the BMC not working, but the cells are still ok.
STL file has to be printed twice, second time mirrored.
The internal connector and PCB is re used in the new battery.
The battery lock is implemented but not spring loaded.
additional needed:
2 x M3 30mm
1 x M3 15mm
re use the steel bar from old battery to hold battery lock.
trim internal connector on both side to fit smooth.

printed on ankermake M5 printer.
PETG. 240Β°C. bed 50Β°C.
speed 200
printing time 2h30 for each part.
support enabled , no brim.
