Boxmod (vape) for 2170

Меня никогда не устраивали боксмоды из магазинов. Вечно выбрасываешь 5+ тысяч рублей на какую-то ерунду, которая ломается через три месяца. И долгое время я использовал просто 18650ый аккумулятор обмотанный толстой медной жилой - удобно и ломаться нечему.

Однако эта схема не слишком меня устраивала тем, что:
1) Емкость аккумуляторов ограничена и нужно носить парочку запасных
2) Нет возможности отрегулировать конечную силу тока на испаритель иначе чем изменением сечения медной жилы, что, как вы можете понять, не очень приятное занятие. А если ток не регулировать, то, извините уж, но менять испарители каждый раз, как на него накоротко замкнется высокотоковый аккумулятор - то еще удовольствие.

Поэтому я нарисовал простой корпус под три 2170ых аккумулятора, распечатал, спаял все никелевой лентой и даже сделал крышечку, которая удерживает колбу. Это была пробная первая версия. Но и тут я уперся в то, что лишь меняя сечение никелевой ленты могу менять выходную силу тока.

А потому представляю вам второй вариант своей поделки.

Для ее сборки вам потребуется:
Три неодимовых магнита диаметром 15 мм и толщиной 2 мм
Крутильный резистер на 10ком (Не помню как эти штуки называются)
Кнопка от компьютерного БП (Спасет от произвольного зажигания в кармане)
Транзистер на побольше ампер, ведь теслы 2170 это высокотоковые аккумуляторы
Плоская небольшая кнопка (без понятия где вы такую найдете, я выковырял из какого-то компьютерного корпуса)
И три аккумулятора на 2170

Собираете в силу своего ума... И вуаля, вундервафля готова.

Как напечатаю и спаяю - выложу на потеху.

В планах еще попробовать изготовить самопальную колбу из лампочки накаливания и сделать третью версию.

I've never been satisfied with box mods from stores. You’re always throwing away 60+ dollars on some nonsense that breaks after three months. And for a long time I just used an 18650 battery wrapped in a thick copper wire - it’s convenient and there’s nothing to break.

However, this scheme did not suit me too much because:

1) Battery capacity is limited and you need to carry a couple of spare ones

2) There is no way to adjust the final current to the evaporator other than by changing the cross-section of the copper core, which, as you can understand, is not a very pleasant task. And if the current is not regulated, then, excuse me, but changing evaporators every time a high-current battery short-circuits to it is still a pleasure.

So I drew a simple case for three 2170 batteries, printed it out, soldered everything with nickel tape and even made a lid that holds the flask. This was a trial first version. But even here I came to the conclusion that only by changing the cross-section of the nickel tape can I change the output current.

Therefore, I present to you the second version of my craft.

To assemble it you will need:

Three neodymium magnets with a diameter of 15 mm and a thickness of 2 mm

Torsional resistor for 10k (I don’t remember what these things are called)

Button from a computer power supply (Saves you from accidental ignition in your pocket)

Transistor for more amperes, because Tesla 2170 is a high-current battery

A flat small button (I have no idea where you’ll find one, I picked it out of some computer case)

And three batteries for 2170

You collect using the power of your mind... And voila, the wunderwaffle is ready.

Once I print it and solder it, I’ll post it for fun.

I also plan to try to make a homemade flask from an incandescent light bulb and make a third version.
