3d file in .stl format for 3d printing with all added detail from game textures and cinematic cutscenes.

Includes three file packs with armor for chest front and back, chest core inner, jetpack bits, jetpack thruster 1, jetpack thruster 2, jetpack center, neck seal solid, neck seal split, forearm main, forearm detatchable, hand armor, cod sides, cod back, cod front bits, thigh upper and lower, shin, and boot armor. I am also including the type 52 knee, neck seal for pepakura, chest inner mount for pepakura, and cod inner for pepakura. The pepakura parts I'd recommend eva foam.

The chest of the suit has a middle inner core everything will attach onto. It is recommended to make the core out of eva foam and glue/attach the chest back onto it. The bottom chest mounts are friction mounts with slots to install a total of 4, 1/2in x 1.8in neodymium magnets on the back and 4 on the front. The inner core and chest has slots for 1.5 inch straps. I would start weaving them through the top of the chest, around to the back top of the shoulders, down to the slots on the lower back of the chest, and then back to the beginning. This will have the chest be warn like a backpack.

I would tackle the chest gluing in either one of these two ways:

One route is to glue the front and back of the chest onto the foam inner core. On the bottom where the chest splits from the magnets, I'd cut the foam there to allow it to open. With this route, the whole chest would be very stable, and open like a clam from the bottom for you to slide into.

The other route is to just glue on the back of the chest and keep the foam inner core uncut. The front of the chest would be held on from the top straps and the magnets on the bottom. A side note is the foam inner core will be a bit tighter to put on, and the front might be a bit more loose.

The forearm separates in the front with a total of 4 of the same magnets as are in the chest, allowing the users hand to more easily slide through.

The cod is fully segmented and the back and the side have 1.5inch slots that run through them all for a strap/belt to slide through. The cod design also includes a cod inner for eva foam that the front of the cod will be glued onto. The sides and back will use the straps which once sized to you, I'd cut slots in the cod inner foam for the straps to weave through to hold it all most secure.

Armor files are scaled for a 5ft 10in individual, but highly recommended to re-scale each piece corresponding to your specific needs. There are parts of the chest, cod, and thigh for scaling purposes. These are completely solid versions you can scale to fit you. Once scaled, you can scale the correlating separated part the same percent.
