3D model description

update: updated the file and add a table to hold the skid, so it will be easier to determine the link lenghts. the skid table can be set between 30-130mm hight and different angles. you just need m3 screws minimum 14mm length and m3 nuts.

It's a Wheelbase Adjustment Ruler for RC Crawler, LCG Crawler, or any other rc cars which needs custom links.

The ruler can be used to adjust the link lengths according to your wb need.

Print each objects two times, screw the front and back stands together as the wb you need, and place the front/rear beams as in the pictures, you are ready to go!

The holes are 4mm, For the best performance I suggest two screws on each side. The lengths should be 12 or 15mm. m3 screws and nutes will fit easily, so you will just need to loose the nuts to adjust the length for smaller needs.

So all you need is 4 screws & 4 nuts.

Note: when you screw the front and rear parts with the minimum length, the wb will be 313mm. the ruler will allow you to adjust upto around 390 mm. for any special length need, you can pm or email me via 3drex3d@gmail.com

3D printing settings

I printed with my Creality K1 and local PLA.

Any PLA should work,

Infill density minimum %30, pattern Gyroid.

Printing area is 220x220mm on my K1, so I printed two times the same patern. I also shared a picture of how I placed in my printer.
