A simple pop on cover for the Amazfit GTR 3 made in CAD from a scan of my Amazfit GTR 3

3D printing settings

Simple; print in PLA or PETG with 2-3 walls and 17% infill. Turn it face down for a clean print with no support. Depending on how good your first layer is you shouldn't need a brim either. In PLA you definitely won't need a brim, you might with PETG, it depends how good your first layers are and how well your printer is tuned. If prints regularly pop off your bed mid print, then I would use a brim of 5mm or so. I haven't tried it in ABS yet because I rarely use it. My printer isn't particularly well tuned so print one and if you find it is slightly loose, either print it with Cura and add some positive horizontal expansion, like +0.15mm or something. This is purely down to quality of your printer and personal taste. In the pictures I printed it with a 0.6mm nozzle at 0.3 layer height, because I am impatient. If enough people want it I'll make a version that's ever so slightly smaller.
